With the official first day of spring 5 weeks away, I’ve been searching for transitional pieces to help refresh my wardrobe. Personally, I wish it would warm up already but then again, it’s a great excuse to plan a trip to a warmer location! This sweater I’m wearing today is from Red Dress Boutique, and the perfect piece to wear now and transition into spring. I seem to have a common theme when it comes to sweaters – lace up or off-the-shoulder, and this has both! The lace up sleeves are so cute and cozy and I love the off-the-shoulder cut on a single shoulder. It’s also surprisingly lightweight despite the chunky knit look, which is normally a heavier sweater. I can see myself wearing it with a denim skirt or shorts in the coming months.
I paired the sweater with a peep-toe bootie, that’s also from Red Dress Boutique. Can you believe these are only $32?! Such a steal! I love a good pair of peep-toe booties for transitioning into spring.
