On the weekends, one of my favorite things to do is wake up and go to brunch.  Living in a big city like Atlanta, there are many options of brunch spots to try. Today I’m sharing some local spots that we keep going back to,  but first I want to share my outfit details I wore to brunch last weekend.

I’m completely obsessed with this ‘resting brunch face’ tee from T & J designs. It’s the perfect casual weekend tee and it’s extremely soft!  T&J Designs has plenty of options of cute tee’s with fun sayings that you can check out here. They also have the cutest chokers!  I really love their three layer velvet choker that adds a bit of edge to my outfit.

Best Brunch in Atlanta – Top 4

1. Murphy’s

Murphy’s has been an Atlanta staple for more than 30 years.   It’s a restaurant, bakery and wine shop all rolled into one.  Everything that comes out of their kitchen is absolutely amazing! There is a bar area, indoor seating, and outdoor seating, so whatever mood for,  they can accommodate.  Last time I was there I ordered the Egg’s Virginia Highland’s, it was delicious.

2. West Egg

West Egg is a long time brunch spot in Atlanta on the West Side.  I’ve always loved everything I’ve ordered but they’re known for their signature shrimp and grits which comes with spicy andouille sausage. This place draws in the crowds on a weekend but they have a bar to enjoy a coffee or mimosa while you wait for a table.

3.  Buttermilk Kitchen

I finally got to try Buttermilk Kitchen for the first time a few weeks ago and was not disappointed.  There was a 30 min. wait but it was well worth it! All of their ingredients are sustainable and locally grown – making everything super fresh.  I ordered the pimento omelet and sauteed kale – it was heavenly!

4. Canoe

Canoe is one of my favorite places to eat in Atlanta whether it be for brunch or dinner.  Their menu is extensive so it’s easy to find something for everyone.  It’s located on the Chattahoochee river and has a beautiful view-  so I recommend asking for a table outside.   I ordered the salmon eggs benedict last time I was there and would definitely order it again next time!

What’s your favorite brunch spot in Atlanta?  I’d love to hear from you in the comment section below.  Thanks for stopping by & have a great week!
