I hope everyone had a great Labor Day Weekend!  This is definitely one of my favorite times of the year.  The  weather here in Atlanta this weekend was perfect – sunny, 80’s and no humidity.  Although it still feels like summer outside, fall is right around the corner.  This ruffle navy off the shoulder dress is perfect to wear now and transition into fall.  I’m a little obsessed with the feminine frill sleeves!  The best part is, it’s only $15!  You can shop the entire look linked below.
