Today I’m sharing one of my most requested post, my workout routine.  It’s been a little over a year since I shared my workout routine so it’s long overdue!

So where do I begin?  For starters,  I don’t have a super strict routine but try my best to get in a workout 4-5 times a week. Over the years, I’ve changed up my workouts trying to find what works best for me and my body type.  For me, I’ve found that group classes are key so that I don’t loose interest in my workouts. I love to change up the type of classes I attend every once in a while but I typically stick to rotating 2 different ones.

Here’s what my typical workout week looks like.

Monday – Barre Class (50 mins)

Tuesday – Cardio (run 2-3 miles on the treadmill)

10-15 minutes on the stair stepper

10 minutes of weight lifting

Wednesday – Spin Class – Flywheel (45 mins)

Thursday – Barre Class (50 mins)

Friday – Spin Class – Flywheel (45 mins)

Keep in mind, I don’t stick to this exact schedule every week and don’t always work out 4-5 times a week but try my best to. I’ll also take Hootie to the park and run/walk two miles on days where I don’t do a workout class or on a barre day where I didn’t do cardio.
