The holidays wouldn’t be complete without attending a few holiday parties. When it comes to finding the perfect party look, I’m all about velvet this season. Whether its a top, dress, clutch or heels – velvet is everywhere lately. I found this ruffle one shoulder, velvet top from Nordstrom for $35, and had to have it! It also comes in black and runs true to size. (I’m wearing a small for reference).
The fabric is luxurious without trying too hard and can elevate any outfit. The best part is, it can be worn casually or formal, yet still look effortless. With the right color and other accessories to match, it is the perfect addition to your wardrobe! I paired the look with my favorite Spanx leather leggings and my new metallic tassel Rebecca Minkoff bag! I’ve been wanting one of the RM tassel bags for a while and fell in love with this metallic one!
