First, let me start by saying I shot these pictures on two different occasions which explains the different hairstyles, handbags and dark roots are only some of the pics. 😉 Now that that’s established, let’s talk about this new favorite sweater of mine! I’m all about the high-low style, because it pairs perfectly with leggings. Jeans are great, but not having to wear real pants sounds SO much better to me. A comfy high-low sweater with coverage allows you to wear your favorite pair 0f leggings and no one will ever be able to tell!
I had this sweater on my Nordstrom wishlist for a few week and finally decided to buy it & so glad I did! It’s super soft and feels like a blanket. I’ve been throwing it on when I get home from work just to lounge in …it’s that comfy! You can also wear it 2 ways, off-shoulder or cow neck – making it two sweaters in one. It comes in 7 colors and runs true to size. I’m wearing a small for reference.
My suede over-the-knee boots are a new purchase that I just snagged from the 40% off Nordstrom sale. They’re a must have for fall and selling out fast! I fell in love with the gray color because they pair perfectly with black leggings or jeans. They stay up well when you walk and don’t bunch up. I wore them over my faux leather leggings from Spanx.

I think you just need to find the right pair for you. Some are taller than others. I’m short too – 5’4. I haven’t tried any OTK boots that are specifically for short ladies but I can send you a few pairs I love .. if you’d like some suggestions? <3 xO - Steph

I definitely love a good pair of leggings when it’s cold outside, and I’m just like you, I prefer a little more booty coverage when wearing them haha! I typically opt for a cozy duster cardigan, a tunic-style top, or an extralong shirtdress. That top looks so soft and comfy, I can see how it would be a perfect piece to just lounge in!
