Fashion Week officially kicked off last week. I had so much fun attending the shows and taking in every moment of being in the Big Apple. The city is beautiful and also gigantic! I can’t count the number of times I got lost in the busy streets of NYC, but I still loved every minute of it. It was great to experience my first fashion week with Stefanie Eddie and Morgan Klein. I’ve talked to these girls on social media for years, and it’s so cool to actually meet them in person. I have a feeling we’ll all be meeting up again, soon than later! 😉
My first show was Katie Gallagher. The collection had an urban street vibe that took place in China Town. The collection was all black and full of edgy pieces with textures and subtle details. I wore this Lioness dress from Revolve Clothing to the show. I fell in love with the layered dress and detachable choker piece. I wore the choker to the side, to show off the bow detailing. This dress runs true to size and I’m wearing a size small for reference.
